Klaviyo agency YOCTO builds out its femtech and women’s health subscription practice

The retention agency says fertility and women’s health brands sell on a trust cycle that ordinary ecommerce email advice gets wrong.

NICOSIA, Cyprus, October 2026 Klaviyo agency YOCTO, a Klaviyo Elite Master, 2025-2026, names femtech and fertility as one of its three verticals, alongside supplements and wellness and beauty and skincare.

The agency runs email, SMS and subscription retention for direct-to-consumer brands, working only inside Klaviyo and the subscription platforms connected to it. It does not offer paid media, brand design or web development.

“Women’s health is the category where the usual playbook does the most damage,” said George Kapernaros, founder of YOCTO. “These brands are asked to be accurate about a medical claim and warm about a personal subject in the same email. Most agencies write one or the other.”

The work is documented by the platforms rather than the agency alone. Klaviyo has published a case study on the fertility tracking brand Mira recording a 252% increase in email and SMS attributed revenue. Pandia Health, a telemedicine company specializing in birth control and hormonal care, saw email and campaign conversion increase fourfold over six months of working with the agency.

“YOCTO has been working with Pandia Health for the last six months, and since we started our email and campaign conversion increased by 4X,” said Susana Craig, chief operating officer and co-founder of Pandia Health.

The agency argues the category differs from general ecommerce in three ways. Purchases are tied to a cycle rather than a promotion, so timing carries more weight than discounting. Claims are regulated, so the copy has less room to exaggerate. And the reason somebody bought is rarely visible in the data, because two customers on the same product can be managing entirely different conditions.

“You cannot infer why somebody is taking a fertility supplement, and guessing is worse than asking,” said Kapernaros. “One question at signup, stored on the profile, changes every message that follows. Most brands never ask it.”

Dr Adam Hamdi, founder of the women’s health brand Myoovi, said the agency’s experience in the category had been a factor in the relationship. “The fact that they have experience in the women’s health niche was a selling point for us and it has proven to be a great advantage, as it is clear they understand our customer persona well.”

YOCTO works with subscription brands on Shopify Plus generating $5 million to $150 million a year. Seven software platforms have published YOCTO-credited case studies under their own names, including Klaviyo, Loop Subscriptions and Skio. Its lifetime value framework, the LTV Parthenon, has been published in Forbes.

George Kapernaros sits on Klaviyo’s Partner Advisory Council.
